Are you being serious?? It does not matter if it is $20 , $100 or $1000 .. the point is.. he made a deal with us.. WE PAID HIM ..... and has avoided us for weeks.
I myself do have other projects going on.. but that is not the point..
the point is ..
Alot of us depended on him and trusted that he would keep his word on doing our designs once we paid him..
He has not.. he has avoided us.. that is the point.
