Good shit. Just get a different phpNuke theme. That one sucks ass. All of your modules display text that's the same color as the background.

Changing your theme won't cause loss of data. All your stories are stored in the database.

Members should be able to add news/stories via the "Submit News" module. You can set them to be instantly active or require approval from the site admin.
