Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there'd be a jury in this case? Either I did the paperwork correctly or I didn't. There's no subjectivity involved that would require a jury. I think it would depend on the total of the charges as to what exactly they were as to whether or not you would end up in a jury trial, by judge or whatever exactly. I'm not a lawyer but I think it would depend on the charges and if you decided to push it further or plea down.Originally posted by Elli
