I need to provide what?
One form of ID or two forms of ID?
What forms of ID are acceptable and not acceptable now?
Is a scan of the ID okay, or do i also need a picture of the model holding the ID (for some reason alot of content producers provide this type of image).
Can i censor anything out for model privacy?
What information do i need to keep - what information is okay to censor out (for example license number / address)?
Should i also supply the model release agreement?
On the release agreement what information do i need to keep - what information can i censor out (phone numbers / addresses)?
