    Its home to two of the biggest football teams in Europe, people come from all over to shop in Glasgow City Centre. They don't seem to share your opinion.
    True, it is a little harsh... but that is probably one of the illest cities I've ever been to in the UK and I have been to all of the ghetto areas of all the major cities in the UK when I was a hustler - I have seen it all.

            did you ever see the whole of edinburgh.. if lived here for years. and really its worse than the parts of glasgow ive seen.

            your just a tourist youve probably seen princes street and royal mile. and possibly gorgie.

            i would doubt that youve seen niddrie. sighthill. wester hailes.
            like every big city there are great bits and bad bits.


            im sure wherever you live there are places like that so......

                scotland isnt dreary. the weather can sometimes be shitty but theres plenty to see during the day and lots to do at night.

                    I would love to visit Scotland. I'm planning on moving back to Ireland a few years down the track. It's weird. I haven't been there since i was about 10 years old, but i still consider it home.

                        Asshole - what's you point? That Edinburgh is worse than Glasgow.... please.... obviously if you live in a city you will see the worst of it.

                        Regardless.... I wasn't visiting as a tourist - like I said I was a hustler... and I know Edinburgh has its fair share of fucked up areas.... every large UK city has... all I'm saying is that it seemed more rife in Glasgow.

                            Blazin, if you were a hustler then its a safe bet you would have been in the worst possible parts. Come back as a tourist, damn I'll even put you up and I'll show you what Glasgow is really like.

                                my point is that get your facts right edinburgh has its bad parts so does glasgow they are probably about the same.

                                same goes for every major city in the world im sure there are good bits and parts you wouldnt go.

                                maybe you just attract violence with an attitude like that.

                                    Ross...lol.. why should I shut up.. because I state the fact that Glasgow as a city has a very bad drug problem. Its pretty well know.

                                    Now anyone can see a city from a tourist point of few... staying in the tourist areas BUT its like seeing the world through rose coloured glasses.

                                    EDIT: Like I said... I realise I was a little harse with the 'Drug infested hell hole' - it wasn't meant to offend you or Mr DJ Hits here personally it was the Glasgow viewed thru my eyes

                                        Saying every city is the world is comparable in its drug problems is just plain stupid though.

                                        And I don't attract violence - despite what I have done in the past for a living - I am very easy going
