No, I judge no one solely on post count. In fact, I tend to not "judge" anyone per se, with the exception of what they say and how they say it of course. When I choose to take my own business to someone else, I tend to gravitate towards those who I know and preferably those who have exhibited some semblance of grace and professionalism, and who are people of their word.

I find you can tell a lot about a person's character in what they say and how they say it, anon nick or not. However, it's just as much a crap shoot as an exact science. The questionables certainly outweigh the givens by a considerable margin.
