Fact is, a deal IS a deal where I come from. HOWEVER, before you jump my shit and start cocking back like I know you want to, listen up. I agree with you on one point.... If it had of been me, and someone told me on ICQ "Yes, it's a deal".... my next response would be "Great, faxing the contract now".
You are right 100% on that point. Get it in writing, whether it's a few hundred bucks or a few hundred thousand, makes no diffence. Those who don't understand that, try....oh, try buying $5k worth of advertising from CJ Traffic some time. After the details are nailed down I guarantee you the very next thing that will happen is that a contract will be sent to you to sign. No exceptions.
