That is the main difference to the beheadings. As cruel as they are, the people doing the beheadings have quite another agenda than "getting on CJ". While for some jugoslawian punks it's got to be quite the kick to be in front of millions with their video
Rick is not telling you in which shape or form these videos arrive.
I bet the fact that many of them are just made FOR CJ would be clearly visible alone from what the people who are sending them in are writing or telling in comments attached to the mail or whatever it is.
It would quite take the "fun" out of it for these people if there wasn't the reward of large scale publicity to get afterwards on sites like cj and ogrish. Who else would be posting this in front of millions of eyeballs? No one, except these few sites
Ogrish already declined a "follow up" video made for them
CJ is going to get "follow up" video offers as well. They may or may not post them, however I guess they will, just to prove a point, and for other known reasons. Then they'll come here again and post about how they just report what already happended etc while in fact the animal videos would stop if there was no station airing them.

Rick already posted one example of a video he would not post: A video of HIS toddler being burnt like this cat. So obviously this constructed urge to HAVE to post everything for the sake of public speech rights, because we do, and because "we're a crazy site and team" does not really exist. But we already knew that anyway.
For those who have not seen it, Rick also said he WOULD post it if the burning toddler was not his own but someone else's.
