1) The nature of the business we took on is not illegal. The modeling sites we were processing for are not considered illegel, though some people consider it immoral. This was in no way CP or KP , because if it had been, our banks never would have approved these sites. As I have already stated, We made a bad call.

2) As I have explained in earlier threads, we had to slowly phase out these merchants, lest we risk excessive chargebacks etc... If we would have killed their billing on the spot, the merchants could have potentially asked their clients to file a chargeback. We have been getting rid of these merchants slowly for months already.
