Man, Omega-3 IS THE SHIT. I suffered from Chronic Dry Eyes for 2 years and after seeing 5 doctors I basically lost any hope. Some things helped for some time (like punctal plugs in the eyes to hold on to tears a little longer), etc... But nothing changed the fact that my eyes were DRY, 24 hours a day.
Then I started taking Omega-3 and for the past 2 months I'm COMPLETELY CURED
My eyes are AS PERFECT AS it gets.
