Couldn't you just use face shots (portraits, not creative penile artistry) and just avoid showing any skin?
If a ("tgp") site truly had no nudity on it, (and was just linking to sponsor hosted galleries w/ tame thumbs), it would be no more offensive than the JC Pennys catalog...
