I like it.. but I would make sure that it has the download video or join link very visible between sets. Not present on all right now. Even if it directs to signup page (actually I'd recommend that it directs there after the 3rd or so)Comment

Ok the thumbs are being brightened as we speak. Yep Drewkole seems to know the layout is pretty similar to most Deluxepass sites out there. We are going to be feeding it with lots of movie traffic so we are hoping for good results.
Any other tips?

Definately make the download part bigger, and easier to spot.
I'd link the thumbs to the join page as well.
A sample trailer or 2 at hte top would work well, as well as making the page 1, 2, 3 bigger at both the top and bottom... and a general download link at the bottom.
On every page, at the very bottom, I'd add a few..... join this site, and get access to these other tranny sites, 6-8 thumbs, non linked, or linked to join page.
MOST IMPORTANT, I think....
Seperate all the different scenes, and promote them as seperate movies...
Right now, its VERY confusing, because of the breaks, it looks like one big movie, its hard on the eyes, and doesnt show as much content as you could make it seem like.

I think the header looks great. Too many photos in other areasSIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Excellent site.
If that page format works for you, go for it, but if you're just experimenting, maybe you should try to have one video set per page and make the "Download Now" link go to a password prompt instead of blindlinking them to the join page. You could even make your 401 error page be a join page. Other than that, I think your site will be as good as how much money you can crank out of it.
My only real suggestion is to BURY that webmasters link. You don't want any customers turning into quack webmasters because they see those promises of easy cash. The "$$$ Webmaster $$$" link is responsible for so many paid-customers-turned-wannabe-webmaster that it's ridiculous lol.

Drew is 100% correct. The movie post market is a totally different one. They are more visual and want to see what exactly their dime is going to get them.
That being said you generally want tons of thumbs on your page. I would have at least 15 scenes on your first page to help give them a better visual.

The content looks kind of stale, I'm assuming that deluxepass provided you with it. What you could really do with doing, it taking the original DVDs and working from there, you'll get a much better quality result in both the finished movies and the screenshots. Also you'll be able to convert cleanly in two stages, from dvd to mpg, dvd to wmv, dvd to avi, etc... instead of going in three stages dvd to mpeg to wmv, dvd to mpeg to avi, etc.
As every other fucker has said, it needs a little more sales pitch. That doesn't mean you need to reduce the number of images, though. You don't want to be like every other deluxepass archive out there especially if you don't have exclusive content... more than half of them don't convert for shit. Fortunately deluxepass has a good reputation for keeping members past the 1st month.

Is it just me or does it look like he grabbed some movies from like the 1950s. I think newer content may help the site sell better. Sure it's more costly but then again you're not showing the same thing that 20 other sites are showing at the same time.....cheap content. Good luck with it though....I've been doing some of my own research on opening a ts site. Just have to find the right model Bottomline is that you need to put hotter "girls" on there.
