The clip is a small part of an hour (or 2 hour) documentary from the discovery channel about a group of American special forces soldiers in Afghanistan. What this clip does not show is how they raided a village and arrested several terrarists - the one in the clip was told to put his hands behind him and not to resist - he didn't listen, and got what he deserved.
