    As regards FHGs and 2257

There are literally tens of thousands of FHGs provided by sponsors. Most of them do not have a 2257 link on them and I would assume that most of them are not compliant with the new 2257 regs.

What percentage of sponsors do you expect will begin to pull their FHGs?

What percentage of sponsors do you expect will make their FHGs 2257 compliant?

I know that any answer provided...unless you are a sponsor...will be speculation...so feel free to speculate.

I would expect a call to your lawyer, and worrying about what's going on in your own backyard.

Exactly, I don't think any of us webmasters are qualified to interpret this on our own.

Hell, a free hosted gallery logically has the sexually explicit images on the domain belonging to the sponsor... hense the term "hosted"... which would mean that it's entirely their responsibility and not the tgp owner that links to them.

Meanwhile one could argue that the tgp owner is re-publishing them onto his/her tgp and becomes the one at fault.

I don't care to take a guess... I'd ask someone other than a gas station attendant who does galleries at night for spare change on a message board online.

JasonAndAlex.com has been getting in line with the proposed regulations since they were announced last year. We have our ducks in a row and this won't interrupt operations at all and all of our galleries are and will be compliant...

Your expectations have been fullfilled...thank you very much. But me speaking to a lawyer is not pertinent to the questions posed...now is it?

So he should call a lawyer and ask the lawyer if his sponsors fhg's are gonna be compliant? interesting.

Realitysites.com FHG will be 100% compliant and we will also work with webmasters to get our Free Content compliant.

Cascading billing. FHG's, free video content, and a real revshare program.

It's not my business if a sponsor's FHG is compliant. But right now I am concerned how many links in my database are going to go 404 (or worse) over the next few weeks/months.

I have already noticed a rather high number of FHG's redirecting to tour pages from sponsors since the proposal awhile back. What do I care, fucking leeching TGP freeloaders anyway.
