the content providers who out of desperation and stupidity allowed their content to be used for FHG's and free downloadable content for affiliates to uswithout asking for a BIG additional fee for that usage sowed the seeds of their own destruction and unfortunately for innocent bystanding content providers.

the original boilerplate licenses that 99% of content providers used had clauses that prohibited FHG usage EVEN before the name 'FHG' or concept came around. when Adult Legal began to rep LA porn studios licensing their DVDs to webmasters they did the same fucking thing, screwed those studios so fucking badly and once again hurt hundreds and hundreds of innocent bystanding
movie studios/producers by allowing that DVD ripped content to be given out to affiliates as FHG's and downloadable free content for PEANUTS - the price of a high quality DVD license should be 10 times what it is today. Providers and studios have Adult Legal to thank for that.
