It's all a matter of taste - I'm sure she'll go multi-platinum, but to me it's just more of the same. And, like people in the industry who make decisions about a singer or band based on the first 30 seconds of hearing them, based on what I've heard I'm not impressed.  |
It is too bad you didn't see the entire season because the majority of her perfomances have been true country. She did, however, take some chances with non-country songs during the season and rocked the house.
But, you're right, it is a matter of taste. Thus, my earlier comment about respecting opinions.
