                      Property is cheap in Ontario, but that sounds a bit too remote. I paid $55,000 Canadian for 8 acres, but that is closer to civilization and has town water, real roads, etc.

                      Unless you want to start a hunting lodge or become a unabomber or something, it wouldn't be of much value.
