    Primary Producer vs secondary

    If someone shoots content and transfers exclusive copyright to me; Is he still considered the primary or does that status also transfer to me?

    If he is no longer the producer, is he now exempt from record maintenance?

      If your answer is yes, then they would not be exempt.
