Are you modest, conceited or honest about yourself?

Granted, some people don't really know.. they under or over value themselves for public appearance. Some are shy, some want to be king.

But for the most part, I think people know whether they are over or under stating their value.

This is anonymous.. no need to admit to not being all that you want us to believe you are.

I just have a feeling that people who are sure of their value aren't always totally honest about it.

Mine changes depending where I am/what I'm doing.
All in all I guess I'm worth more than I think I am.
I chicken out of a lot of things I could probably do but too afraid to mess up etc.

Would be better that way, but hard to do on GFY.

Besides, as I said... not always, but usually a person can tell.

I personally am pretty hard on myself. I know that all of my friends and people who I do business with see a lot more potential in me than I see in myself.

I'd like to think that my true value is somewhere in the middle of what I think and what they think.... but again, that might just be the modesty speaking.

That's true kind of...but I wouldn't say it's best judged by others because everyone has a different face depending on the company so I imagine most people will have many different views from many different people.
It's what you think and do about you that matters.

what is the measuring stick? and / or do you mean belief in you abilities/confidence in yourself, etc....

or is it strictly a monetary worth perspective that you are looking for here?

over all feeling. Abilities/skill/intelligence and such.... together with likelihood you'll succeed or fail or do ok in your life... stuff like that.

For example, an 18 year old punk who lives at home, has little money, has to rip people off to make any kind of money and yet still comes here and acts like he's more important than any of us... definitely falls into the conceited department.

In all honest I'm not sure what I'm worth. I know I have a nice life, I buy myself things when I want them. I can't afford to go out and buy a $100,000 car or a new house when I feel like it, but other things I can afford.

I earn money I am happy with earning, but I am also in the middle of something which will make my income a lot higher in the coming months.

It's about: Are you happy with yourself, do you enjoy your life. Are you alone in life or are you a person that can make and keep friends.

My life as everyone else had and will have it's ups and downs, strenght and fufillment shows by the way you take on the challendes in life and also the way you consider yourself amongst others.

If you think you better then everyone (ie. King Shit) then you are worth much less then the most humble and discreet guy that is here.

Most of the people on GFY who are all about (Mine Mine Mine) I won't name anynames are to me people with major insecurity problems that either needs to make big money to compare themslefs or have this keyboard GFY persona which is basically something they created to make themself bigger then real life.

All i can say about me is i have sex with myself on regular basis so i must love myself Eh?

I think everyone knows what they are worth and most have a good sense of who they are...cept those who think success is only monetary- being a successful and worthy person is knowing who you are and respecting other people for the same things.

and knowing that you can have it all in one moment and then in the blink of an eye lose it- its the people that know what they are worth and respect people that will rise again - not the people that think their shit dont stink.

you are in this business to make money but when your broke, its the people that you were real with and yourself with that will help you up.
