Wouldn't it be helpful if the DOJ actually defined what 'sexually explicit' is before basing an incredibly burdensome legal requirement that could send people to jail on the term? You could ask 1000 people what 'sexually explicit' means and you'd get a ton of different opinions. To me it means intercourse, fellatio, cunnilingus, masturbation. It sure doesn't mean simple nudity to me or a bunch of other types of adult photography/videography. Simulated sexually explicit activity is exempt from 2257. If nobody knows exactly what sexually explicit is then there's no way to know what simulated
sexually explicit is either.
