Just about everyone but Will and his downline had shittier ratios than usual recently. Although all is well now I'd definately sign up using his referral code as neither he nor his downline is affected by any problems. Even when the internet is having major problems and clickcash, webpower, and ifriends can't be pinged or tracerouted consistently from multiple locations he has his best week ever. If I were gonna pick a downline to get in it would be his.
