I'm Canadian and I thought sac was universal too...speaking of sac...

When my son was little we went to the grocery store. In front of us at the check-out line was this real snotty looking bitch who kept staring at my son and I. Finally she says "Uhm, I think you better take your son to the bathroom because he obviously has to go" My son, who was busy "arranging" himself didn't like her attitude so he looked her straight in the eye and said

"I don't have to go to the bathroom my winker (his term for penis) is sticking to my sac"
