I hope you are right, but I can't say I have seen many signs. Small operators maybe, but they often did go that route. The "players" still seem busy building disposable sites and programs: ie if/when they burn out, hell just build some more, launch v3, or whatever...Originally posted by SleazyDream

We do realy good with retention with little to no upsells to speak of. We do 'upsell' sextoys and that works out great.
Fresh content, hard work, an easy to navigate members area and good customer support has really done the trick for us.

What we did is start our own toy site... www.adultsextoyclub.com and run links to it in our members areas. We use sextoysex as our supplier and it has really worked out great. David Levine runs a great program and pays on time, every time with no hassles..ever.Originally posted by cummins

Our rev share scale is more agressive- therefore easier for webmasters to climb. We also go up to 60%, which currently you are not. We also offer our webmasters more then one payment plan.
