What's so wrong about that? I was recently in that exact situation (me being the one that doesn't want the relationship). There's nothing wrong with being friends. You get sex and friendship without the extra bullshit and hassle of a relationship.
Unless of course "I want to be friends" = "I don't want to fuck you." Well then, that's a different story.Comment
