hehe its hard to figure out still.

Currently im based outside us, hosting in us, and using billing thats outside us (maybe, ccbill eu)....and i´ve found like 10 different scenarios as to what its gonna mean, alot of guys here seem to have a clearcut interpretation (ranging from it means nothing, over move your server out of us, to you just cant escape it in any possible way).

Anyway, suppose getting prepared isnt a bad idea.
