If you are hosting outside of USA, use non-USA biller, don't live in the USA and don't use a USA based corp, all the above you can do ...
I can buy today and tomorrow photos and/or videos without the 2257 if I am not American as above ...
As much as I can sell the same without the 2257 to US webmasters. Not illegal for me, but for the buyer to display them ...
Anyway, at least, it is going to prevent childporn ....
