He had a confection company ... planning to move to poland ..and keep on going there with his company ...

When he went to poland for 2 weeks ... he rented out the key .. to his .. old workspace in the netherlands ... to some people who were interested in buying that from him.

In those 2 weeks .. those people started to build a xtc lab there .. got caught by the police .. also robert and his wife got taken by the police ... and claimed they were part of the operation (even the police knew already they wern't) .. blah blah blah --- now he's trying to sue the state .. didn't realy figure out if he actually moved to ... poland ..

Actually i have no clue if that has anything todo with you.

that would explain it as this article is dated only 2 weeks after the final invoice was sent.

sharky have no clue but heh again I can pay him a visit with some friends but I do not know the guy just live in the same dutch town ( village )

Well the adress is in the article in the newspaper clipping will check for details but it looks like he lives at huizen, the netherlands and de westkade is about 2 minutes from me I live at the wedekuil ( that's the beach )
