Collections for people that default on deferred payment plans. I have their billing information obviously, and proof of receipt of the item w/ UPS signature confirmation, etc.Comment

For domestic claims, I've seen rates of about 20%. Cross-border debts I've seen Canada/US upwards of 35-40%.

To be honest, I've never heard of a list price. I've been dealing with them for several years & have even attended several of their seminars. I've got upwards of $100k in debtor accounts with them right now and am unaware of being charged a list price fee.Originally posted by [Brian]
