He has pr 5 or 6 i dont know and he removed all the traded hardlinks so now a lot of pages are linking to that pages, without knowing that page is linkinback anymore!!!

I hate cheates too but linking to him from blacklisted sites will not have any effect - nothing. If You link to him from 1000 blacklisted sites he will still be a happy PR 6 so don't waste energy on that. Actaully If i might say something
