I don't think it's cloaked pages. I examined each page using "spider simulator" software. But, I do think it has a lot to do with the link found on most of their backlinks,
http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/ad-network/. This is a link trade service that rotates members links at the foot of the page of participating sites. This would explain why I can't find seocount.com's links on any of the backlink pages. They were likely there when google spidered the pages, but not at the moment that I checked them, due to link rotation.
