Here are some things I don't consider EXTREME:
Mild bondage
Mild pain
Oral sex
Interracial sex
Masturbating with fruit (or your sister's friend's panties)
Sticking anything smooth and smaller than a cucumber up your butt
Sex with someone the day before their 18th birthday
