hi. it doesn't, it's just that last time i went through a few hosts that said they could work the mojo but in the end they didn't really have any.
(the mojo is quite simple, but these reqs are not possible given the goals of most hosting businesses. and none of them are negotiable, so it's tough: ips from multiple subnets (at least 6), a preconfigured independent nameserver, pre set up with the debian sarge testing distro, righteous uptime, and immediately responsive and technologically .fluent. support when inexplicable things happen in the first week, which is always the case.)
