Never seen any window ones that are quiet, I buy a new one each year and at first i bought a expensive one with the digital panel and remote, Next year i bought a 90 dollar one and it works just fucking fine, Room ones ive heard are hard to take care of because you still got to put the exaust pipe some where for it to throw hot air out..
