    Star Wars Nerds (pics from Episode 3)

    I admit, I'm a big Star Wars nerd myself. But some of these guys who lined up hours before the premier of Star Wars episode 3 wednesday night were really ate up with it. I took Chickenbridge (aka Jayden from Divinity18.com) to see the 12:01am showing, and we got there around 8pm and there was already a pretty sizeable line. So with roughly 4 hours to kill before showtime, I decided to take some pics of the attempt on setting a Guiness world record for the longest line of virgins:

                                                                                                                                      Here in Charlotte, two people went to the opening as Klingons.. they were not together. Two random trekkies.

                                                                                                                                      So, they both had light sabers. Klingons. Light sabers. Whatever..

                                                                                                                                      One told the other to shut up during the text scroll (in a galaxy far far away.. etc).

                                                                                                                                      The other one tapped the first with a cheap plastic light saber - just a light tap - playing - probably joking.

                                                                                                                                      The first smacked the other hard with a $100 metal handled fancy-ass light saber, breaking it over the other's face.

                                                                                                                                      The other one launched with fists and they had a pretty hot klingon melee right there in the front rows of the theatre.

                                                                                                                                      The first one won the fight just before they both got tossed. The other was on knees crawling away. Klingons crawl away? Whatever..

                                                                                                                                      The theater restarted the movie, which was pretty cool.

                                                                                                                                      The one that lost was about 5'10", maybe 170 lbs. Probably about 25 years old.

                                                                                                                                      The one that won was about 5'4", probably 120 lbs. Probably about 18 years old.

                                                                                                                                      The winning Klingon was a chick
