Is it OK to walk into a Library and say hey..
"Ya mind if I use your paper and your ink and start copying all the books in this place?
OK great, go ahead and start with shelf "A-B" move all the people away from that area and get all the books for that section. I dont care if people want to read this shit I am copying it and archiving it"
Your going to get one pissed off librarian and the cops will be on your ass for copying books that do not belong to you.
