Map the top image and make the girls clickable to the next page.

Because the way it is now, the only way surfers will go to the next page is by one small banner, you should really make the girls on the top image clickable to the next page.

for me your warning window is stretching the frame causing the page graphics to break apart. the design looks good, but the images splitting apart due to a table error can be fixed easily. just reduce the size of your warning window text area.

Not saying this is causing your sales problems, but it couldnt hurt to get the layout in order.

I agree, and move those happy girls on the bottom to the top.

You also, of course, have to look at where your traffic is coming from.

Doesn't look bad to me but the girl (top right page 2) looks like The Hulk or something. Might be why noone goes past pp2. She almost made me spit my cereal milk from my nose.

Link all the thumbs to your signup page ... and certainly not to a bigger picture .. they can get that when they sign-up.

Try not showing bare, uncensored flesh... Seems the lure of the site is to see the girls naked, which you can already see in the tour.

Also, try using a non-scrollabling warning page.
