Content who is going to do all your updates and with what?

I appreciate your opinion Tia, and as of now I'm not sure what I'll do. The constant stream of a $1000+ is what enticed me in the first place.

have him sign an agreement that if it doesnt make 800 the first month you own it, he will refund your money back in full.

just pay for it on a credit card and charge it back if he refuses

no problem cornhusker.. I deal with a lot of clients that are new to the business.. and what this guy is offering you seems too good.. now if it were a good domain that just needed devopment or some other type of added work, I'd be more inclined to look into it.. but 100% automated and he claims it makes a minimum of $800 a month with no work involved.. that sounds more than a little suspicious

i think i have seen this site for sale at dnforum

i wasnt very confident the traffic and money match with the real numbers

screenshots mean nothing.. anyone that has photoshop can fake these.. tell him you want access to the stats yourself

so does the TLD include the sexkey aff account as well ? make sure the sexkey acc can be transferred, if 99% is sexkey money and its not then he can easily change the domainname and youre stuck with a worthless domain you just bought for a few k

that domain doesnt have any google ranking on either porn or movies...

this site makes a minimum of $800 a month with zero work at all, and around $1200 during non-summer months.
