ive wasted an entire day waiting for a fucking tow truck to pick up my damn car.
going outside every 10 minutes waiting, i called 4 times each time they told me it was on its way..
i call an hour ago and they say they have some contract with the highway patrol and have to take care of them first regardless of who called first.. yeah i call bullshit on that.
so finally i call back and tell them to cancel, ive already had to call off work cuzz of these fucks.. and the lady says fine and hangs up..
calls back 5 minutes later letting me know the driver will be here any minute.. i told her forget it, ive waited 5 hours and they've been telling me the same thing all along.
she then has the nerve to say "fine, ill let the driver know, but he wont be happy about it"
god damn, a whole fucking waste of a day, all they had to do was let me know they would be running late instead of lying their asses off to me the WHOLE fucking day..
