Always hurts a little to see players of that caliber go out without ever getting a ring. Even if you personally like them or not.
I'm a Hoosier, and would love to see him give it one more year. Then again, I kind of think this was a good year to go out on. The team just showed so much heart and scrappiness. There are all manners of champions, after all.  |
Reggie Miller has been my favorite player dating back to when i was still a kid...ever since i was old enought to REALLY follow basketball in depth i've been a huge pacers fan and the true reason was cuz of #31....
That game 2 i think it was in NY when Reggie hit 8 points in 14 seconds...To this date I still can't believe that really happend when i see it. Its like one of those things when you were a little kid in the back yard and fantasized about making a tough shot...stealing it...making an impossible shot...etc etc....he did it for real
