ive been eating healthy for years. i dont really any candy, desserts, chips, etc. i know how much protein i need in a day and im not really getting enough so the easy solution would be to get convenient protein shakes that taste half way decent.
as far as the peanut butter, it doesnt really matter to me. i have high metabolism and peanut butter is a good way to add extra calories without any saturated fat. as long as i'm not making my whole diet peanut butter.
