depends what kind of powder it is. some of them mix easy, i.e. the expensive ones, and the sheap ones mix like shit.
i normally make smoothies in a blender. you get all the other stuff in there and blending, then you slowly pour in the powder so it doesnt go in in a big clump. i can never really even taste the powder if you do it right.
