bud, it's a matter of experimentation. you will eventually come across one that is both cost effective and tolerable. before i gained a lactose intolerance a few years ago i would use milk, eggs, and peanut butter lol. it was pretty damn good...
but after the lactose intolerance it took me awhile to even find a protein drink that my stomach could handle - now that i've found one, (egg protein), i just mix it with a tad bit of ice, and water. and it doesn't taste bad at all.
all about experimenting.
