Single life is ok, but just like relationships, it can get pretty common and boring.

you're talking about the single life, but say you're growing tired of the party scene.. if you keep that up you won't be single for long.. enjoy it for god's sake!

I think there's a definite difference between being single and being alone

If you achieve any goal in this life, to be able to be happy alone is a good one to shoot for. Some people say they don't like being alone, I can remember a time when I said that myself.. I don't know when it happened, but one day I found myself happier than I've ever been.. alone.. doing what I want to do, when I want to do it. I just wish I was younger, only because it'd mean I have a lot more time to enjoy this newfound state of mind.

I really believe you have to enjoy being alone to be happy ... especially if you ARE in a relationship

Right on. I agree 100%, but only recently have I discovered this too. I think the more I focus on my business, the happier I become. Having a girlfriend never allowed me to focus like I'm focused now.

Yes, the single life is fun for a while, I've been single almost a year now, but not for long. My new beau just appeared out of no where after two years of no contact....and yay, i'm not single for much longer, or at all, if you consider just the dating and not the marriage issue. Anyway, if you're tired of being single, just don't "look" for anyone, because trust me, they will come along and it will be when you least expect it. Don't try and make something happen, let it happen, it turns out the best that way. I've experienced it both ways.....please trust me. Good Luck sweetie!

You judge me for being different, I laugh because you are all the same!

yeah, it's fun to be tested every six months, never know who's going to sleep in your bed on the weekends.....isn't that how it goes? I dont remember....I never stay single long. Guys are pigs....they give NOT a shit about anyone but themselves.....except for a few, and i got one, we're having the time of our lives.. Maybe someday your ego will settle a little baby, and you'll find a great person to love and respect you and you won't want to party and fuck all the hoes at the clubs.....commitment isn't a bad thing....it is part of what makes you human. If you can manage a commited relationship, it will make you more successful in life, true statement! BTW, I'm being nice, not mean at all, i'm sure you're too young to think about settling down, just giving advice for future reference, if you can remember....xoxo, C

I can't even fathom having sex with a stranger, i've always been monogamous, and until recently i was going on 11 months without sex, and it was not fun. But I learned so much about myself....everything happens for a reason, and i have a great man now that i've known for a few years....so the bar scene has never been my thing. Monogomy all the way, just dont get a prude wife.

Very true, business and GF don't mix that easily. Or you have to have the same frame of mind.
