                      As for what your site's worth in money... I'd need to see your traffic, number of members, number of affiliates, average member retention, conversion rates, bandwidth costs, monthly profit, profit over the last 2 years, and a number of other things for that.

                                                              If you use a webmaster, you should have one good enough to do the work better than you'd do it yourself, who can work (close to) independently.

                                                              As for programs... I'd sure there are lots of sponsor programs that would love to have your site in their program, and some of them could do the webmastering for you as long as you supply them with content.

                                                                              You could contact some of the more reputable programs yourself though, and ask if they would be interested. (it would probably be a good idea to stick with programs based in your own country, btw)

                                                                              Oh, and when you ask a webmaster for references, it's most often best to check them, too

You prolly won't get much for your site unless you stipulate in the sales contract that you will do "x" amount of content shoots and do "x" amount of diary, journal, etc updates for "x" amount of time.

                                                                                                                              A single girl site that can no longer update is not worth anything to anyone.

                                                                                                                                  you're better off staying away from a program. Things can turn sour quickly. Just hire a good promoter/afifliate manager/right hand man. And most of all, let him run it. A lot of solo sites hire a dude to do all of this but never implement what they suggest then wonder why things aren't moving.

You have a huge following all over the net and the people cancelling their memberships are all doing it for the same reason. They dont want to spend money for back catalog pics.
