a cousin of mine used to own one of those shipping boats & ran crews every year...worked a few months out of the year for bannnk, but lost a few buddies in the process, brutally harsh work...
now he's semi-retired and owns a bar in AK...he used to visit and bring me blocks of frozen crab, that stuff was awesome...
