How big is your staff to put content up every day, member interaction, forum, manage and promote an affiliate program...
As for the stuble left from her muff, that can be air brushed of course. Better is a smoother shave. I'd have to ask my girl friend the details on the products she uses to solve all the rash issues etc. Maybe someone will post the hints. Better not to have to spend a ton of time with photoshop...
