Your bill is $0.00 but the actual bill still gets paid, unless of course doctors and nurses and staff are all volunteers...so indirectly everyone pays for healthcare, it's just a little more fair for less fortunate people that need medical attention.

eg. No one gets turned away for being broke or having no insurance

Is this a correct assumption?
