                                  I agree, but I've never found mainstream to be profitable. I never was able to get traffic for it and that's why I got involved in adult.

                                  I can understand pre-paid ads but those only happen on large sites like Yahoo or on sites like muchosucko (sp).

                                  When you guys say mainstream, do you mean that you're pushing mainstream sponsors or are you selling your own mainstream products/services?

                                          Oh i must say.. as an affiliate in the mainstream world things are not very profitable.

                                          If people ventured into 'mainstream' as they ventured in adult as an affiliate
                                          i can understand where this feeling of dissapointment comes from.

                                          You just have to think a bit bigger and youll be ok.

                                                  more & more, i've been leaning towards the mainstream market (its what i want to retire from), but its alot harder than adult is.

                                                  you can make a shit load of (easy) money off of galleries & freesites alone, in mainstream, its alot harder to gain fast traffic unless you are investing in google adwords or something to push it.
