POSSIBLY the $$ to rent an apartment. Shooting that kind of stuff in a dorm room would get difficult/boring. The apartment would also make it easier to throw parties to get these girls to come.
I'm very good at networking with people so this will be sort of easy for me. I figure it like this. Once I get to college I make as many friends as possible (duh!) and then I start telling everyone about what I'm trying to do and the deal I will offer the girls for a photoshoot (X amount of money for X service (photo, video, single girl site, etc.)). I also offer the people im telling X amount of money p/ person they refer to me that actually works out (kind of like my own live affiliate program). This will work as long as I gain a decent network of people.
I've also learned that if you make friends with the fat chicks....their hot friends always like you more!! ( My edge!!! )
