if you are susceptible to motion sickness best to use the drug free approach.
go to walgreens and buy the elastic wrist bands that have the accupressure buttons in them, maybe 5-10 bucks.
use as directed approx 1 hour before the flight (or boat trip) and during. chew some hard candies also.
you will be surprised, but they do work, navy pilots use them.Comment
